A young man on his own in a new world, wanting to get lost in the wonder of it all but finding it challenging to accept all of the cruft that comes along with it. It is meditative and introspective and rhythmically intricate and deeply creative. An inimitably evocative treasure.

The second Esem album, among the earlier releases on US-based cult IDM label m3rck in 2003. This anniversary remaster stays mostly true to the original, however Alipelacs from the CD release is replaced with an exclusive remix.

Sequenced in Impulse Tracker, Jeskola Buzz, and Logic. Tracks 5 and 14 performed live using granular synthesis. Additional processing in Adobe Audition, iZotope RX. Composed using found sounds and field recordings from around Sofia. and parts of western Bulgaria.
